Outcomes over outputs with the Mobius Loop (en)

Présentation en anglais de Gabrielle Benefield à Lean Kanban France. Résumé : Lean teams can go extremely fast. If they are heading in the wrong direction, they will simply fail faster. Instead of feature farming, we need to deliver better outcomes. To make it easier to understand how to build outcomes, I will walk through the Mobius loop, a lean framework that helps organizations create, measure and deliver outcomes.
